I'm the creative and founder behind K Made Design Co., and I’m here to help you transform your brand and website into your greatest assets, that build your reputation for you and a community of hyper-loyal brand advocates!
Hi, I'm Karlie!
Boy do I got some news for you.
We moved!
And not just a fun, little, “we-want-to-upgrade-our-apartment” move. We’re in a whole new freakin’ state, people – from Murray, Kentucky to Columbus, Ohio!
(So needless to say, please forgive me for not popping into your inbox for a hot second)
And for the handful of people who know me in real life or follow me on Insta, you might be thinking “What! You moved?!”, please know we weren’t trying to keep it all a big secret. It just happened so. dang. fast.
Like, literally within less than a month, I think? When you know, you know I guess 😅
And please rest assured, things are swell over here and we are loving it! And if you ask, I might even do another email to tell you allll about it and why we moved.
But! Until then, we’ll be wrapping up the current rebranding series. And I’ve got my absolute, #1, ride-or-die tip tucked away in my back pocket for this email.
TACKLING MY REBRAND: PART FIVE
Launching my rebrand!
If I had to give one piece of advice when it comes to finally launching your rebrand (and alllll the hard work you’ve put into it!), it might be simpler than you think.
Are you ready?
WRITE. EVERYTHING. DOWN. (aka: brain dump!!)
You might be thinking, “Karlie… that’s it? I could’ve thought of that…”
I know, I know, but hear me out.
When I say everything, I mean everything.
Even months before I had even started my rebrand, and I was still in the “idea phase” of it all, I took to Google Docs and started a “brain dump” list.
This is where I wrote anything and everything that even remotely had to do with my rebrand. Any thought, task, to-do, question, what have you, that may need addressing during this endeavor was put on that list.
Don’t believe me? Take a look at this bad boy 👇
As a bonus, calling it a “brain dump” conveniently takes away the stress of having a “perfect list” or making sure things are perfectly in order.
But, of course, having some sort of structure is somewhat necessary to make sure you can think of things.
For example, I simply just go through my client experience journey, from beginning to end, and write out anything that I may need to update or redesign.
From browsing the website, to onboarding processes, to the project itself, to offboarding – everything!
Pro tip: this is also a great way to let you analyze your business! You can go through every step of every process and figure out what’s working or what needs to change. Time to clean out those business closets!
Once you get this master list, feel free to then organize everything to your heart’s content!
After I had my brain dump list where I had everything that needed to be done, I then opened up another (yes, another) list where I organized it all in order by what I needed to do first.
Rebranding can be a big mountain to climb, I get it. (Like, really get it lol) But I hope this email series has eleviated at least some of the potential stress if you’re planning on rebranding in the future!

Inspired
Your reputation is pivotal, and I’ve heard through the grapevine that the quality leads you're seeking are scrutinizing yours. A piecemealed brand does no justice to your meticulously crafted client experience, services, and business structure. It’s time to align your external brand image with the exceptional quality of your services.
I believe every female founder deserves an iconic brand & website that live up to their business.
